I’ll want to hear what’s important to you on your wedding day. This is when we bond over how cute our dogs are, go over pricing and pair you with a package that perfectly fulfills your wants and needs. 

We can either schedule a phone call or stick to text / email. Whatever you’re most comfortable with! That’s why I make sure and ask this in my inquiry form.

contract & deposit

This is the part where we make it official! You’ll sign the contract and pay a deposit fee to lock in your day. We all happy dance!

You’ll get some fun mail delivered to your doorstep from me full of custom gifts and a wedding prep guide to help you plan all things photography!

timeline prep

I walk you through everything you need to know while planning your timeline for the day. You’ll even get sample timelines to refer to in my wedding guide that I send you!

AN “IT’S ALMOST HERE” QUESTIONNAIRE

A month before your wedding, I’ll be sending you a wedding questionnaire to gather all the details for the wedding so that it can run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. This is also where you will make any photo requests so that I can take note and be prepared for them on wedding day!

You say your “I do’s” and I capture all the moments along the way!

preview gallery

48 hours after your wedding, I send out a sneak peek gallery full of 25-50 fully edited images that you can obsess over during your whole honeymoon!

gallery delivery

You get all your images back through a free digital gallery within 4-6 weeks of your wedding day. You can share / download your photos through this online gallery.

step 09

album design

I give you about 2 weeks to look over your photos, share them with everyone you know, and figure out which are your favorites. From there, we will begin your album design process!

I strive to capture the true essence of what makes your relationship yours. 

There are countless memories and stories, laughter and heartbreaks, moments of joy and pain that have formed your foundation as a couple and I try to tap into that in my photography. I always start my sessions very light and comfortable with fluid prompts to get you warmed up. Instead of posing and staging images, I'll direct you the entire session by giving you prompts that let your relationship shine. You can expect to love on each other a whole lot, be silly, dance around and even embrace the still moments. By the end, you'll have had so much fun & hopefully feel closer than ever!

My ultimate goal is to serve you in whatever aspect of your planning process that may be. Connecting with each of my couples and getting to know them beyond a few emails is a huge priority of mine in order to intentionally tell your story! 

I want to provide you with the most seamless and enjoyable wedding / elopement experience you could ask for. I do all I can to serve, listen, and pour my heart into my couples. This journey is about you & how we can bring your vision to life. From beginning to the end of our time together, I'll be consistent in making sure you are taken care of.

You probably have lots of questions!

how many images will i receive in my final gallery?

I don’t put a cap on the amount of photos you receive. I’ll go through and sort out all of the blinking / unflattering photos, and you receive the rest fully edited. Typically it’s anywhere from 600-800 photos for an average 8 hour wedding day. The longer coverage time, the more photos you usually get. A normal 90min session usually receives in the range of 80-100 edited photos.

Do you offer Albums and Prints?

Absolutely! I don’t want your photos to live a life inside your computer screen forever. They deserve to be cherished and adored in your hands for generations to come! You have full printing rights when you book me but I also offer a print shop where you can print high quality photos. I also design your album for you too!

what does the booking process and payments look like?

Easy peasy! Once you feel good about the package we picked out for you, I’ll send over a contract for you to sign along with a link to pay your deposit. Both can easily be done online! When both of those are complete, it’s time to do a happy dance because you will officially be booked in my calendar! The remaining amount of your total package will be due 2 weeks before your wedding day.

where are you based and do you travel?

I am based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  I am open to traveling all over the state and willing to take a limited amount of travel weddings!

what is a typical wedding day coverage time?

Typically, a full day of coverage is 8 hours. Each day and schedule is different though. However, I’ve found that 8 hours is my sweet spot in capturing the most important getting ready shots, details and all the way through your reception. Couples usually add on an engagement session and wedding album to this package as well.

do you offer videography?

I do not offer any videography packages. Photography is my absolute passion so I’m content in only focusing on taking photos. I’m more than happy to send amazing videographer recommendations your way!
